The FunnelWeb ProLine filter kit for the Husqvarna Norden 901 replaces the stock paper air filter with a washable pyramid foam system: a profile-cut main filter on an FWF frame, with optional pre-filter plugs for the intake openings. The pyramid surface doubles the external surface area of the filter without changing its size, so it holds roughly twice the dust before airflow drops.
One of the main problems with the Husqvarna Norden 901 is the stock air filter: questionable seal, poor dust filtration, and a short service life. With the complete kit, your engine has real protection from dust, dirt, and mud on long rides like a BDR or a Trans America Trail run.

Like all FunnelWeb filters, the ProLine features profile-cut, single layer, single density foam that traps dirt, dust, sand and mud over a larger outer surface, keeping airflow high even when the filter is dirty. The polyurethane foam is easy to clean and holds its original shape after numerous washes.
Care
Wash, dry completely, re-oil, reinstall. One element serves for seasons. FAQ
Can I run the spare filter (7338) on the stock cage? No. The spare element fits the FWF frame, which comes with the Full Kit (7336) or Main Filter with Frame (7339).
Do the pre-filter plugs restrict airflow? Clean, oiled foam plugs flow freely. What costs power is a loaded main filter, which the plugs help prevent.
